About Jackie Cabrera:

Jackie was friendly, punctual in her responses, and had a great personality. She made the process easy. I only wish I would have heard back after our conversation. A "we are not going to move forward" would be better than not hearing anything. I knew that my price range was above what they were offering, so it was a strong possibility that they would pass on me anyways. The hiring range was not initially listed on the job description, or I would not have applied. I realize that recruiters are inundated with applicants, and extremely busy, but job seekers need to move on with their job applications, and not knowing just makes it harder. That is just general feedback for all recruiters, but I think that Jackie is an asset and overall is good at what she does. I hope to hear from her again sometime. Keep using her:)
