Claudia Lisenby is the most professional Recruiter I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Claudia found me- and later explained that recruiters at Loyal Source utilize a focused, job-specific approach to matching potential candidates with open positions. She is the 1st recruiter to contact me to utilize this approach, which was validated by specific, position-related questions she asked during our subsequent interview. Her interview process (efficient, organized), and the pace at which she conducted the interview (fast!), indicated that she valued my time as well as her own.
Her communication with me has been clear, concise and wonderfully prompt; my questions were answered timely, and, if she did not know the answer to a given question, she said so (also unusual in my experience with Recruiters).
At the conclusion of my phone interview with the National Program Director, Ray Perez, Claudia provided me with immediate feedback per Mr. Perez, which almost never happens.
Lastly, given that all of this was done early in the week before the Fourth of July holiday, I assumed that if she was going to offer me the position, that offer would come AFTER the Holiday.

It has been a very smooth process so far. I am awaiting a response to an email, but in all fairness, I posed a question during a holiday weekend. I can’t find fault with that.
