I have be involved with probably 30 recruiters in my career life. Jessica has by far exceeds ALL of them! Always on response and answers All my questions and requests.In a timely matter. Goes beyonds her job. I have called on vacation and she pleasantly responded and gotten the job done. She got the job done with my contract placement when there was pushback. I also had another recruiter, who was not responding when I trying to get hired. She immediately took the initiative to get hired. This is lenghty process. She encourage to continue the process, calling me every week .Not only giving updates. But,genuine concerns about everyday events. She was innovated and was able hired as new grad FNP program.
