Alyssa is fantastic. How refreshing!!!!! Searching for a new job is stressing, often quite difficult actually, and as we all know, sometimes it doesn't work out. Alyssa was as thoughtful and professional as she could be. I literally wish that people, in general, not specifically just in regards to her significant skills as a recruiter, but in general, were more like her. Again, it was quite refreshing to speak to someone who exuded care, honesty, and delivered on everything discussed. On top of it all, she has genuine compassion and sympathy. I needed that during our time, and without fail or me asking, she gave her patience and support several times during weeks of talks and ( personal) set backs. Alyssa is a complete gem, and is without a doubt, a true asset to your company.
