Overall the process was quick and explained well. Bella only needed prompting from me on two unanswered emails after a few days, but this was taken care of during a telephone conference. All other communications were very responsive. She provided all of the information that I needed as I progressed and explained the process accurately. Having worked for the government in the past, I was not expecting such a quick process, but I was pleasantly surprised.
