About Anthony Ginnis:

Anthony did an incredible job, job-matching me to a role that matched my experience and expertise. He was patient, worked with my schedule, and overall extremely kind and helpful. He informed me of next steps and the length of time it may take to hear back; I would love to work with Anthony again in the future and because of him, would recommend Lorien to any friends and family.

About Anthony Ginnis:

I've only spoken to Anthony by phone about a role that he contacted me about on LinkedIn. He was polite, professional and provided all the information about the role.

About Anthony Ginnis:

Anthony reached out to me after finding my profile on LinkedIn, and the experience has been exceptional from the start. Within minutes of responding to his initial message, he called me and we had a detailed, productive conversation about the opportunity. He was well‑prepared, transparent, and clearly understood both the role and my background. He moved quickly, submitted my résumé right away, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m now expecting an interview, and his professionalism and follow‑through have made this one of the smoothest recruiting experiences I’ve had.
