About Drew Barker:

I had the pleasure of working with Drew during my candidacy for a Sr. Manager, Process Improvement role. Drew reached out to me directly on LinkedIn and from the very first conversation it was clear he was invested in more than just filling a position. What stood out most was his hands-on approach. He proactively shared interview insights to help me prepare, took the time to call me personally before my interview, and remained positive and communicative every step of the way. Even when the outcome wasn't in my favor, Drew delivered the news with professionalism and genuine care and made it clear he was already looking for the next opportunity on my behalf. Working with a recruiter who treats candidates as people, not just pipelines, is rare. I would work with Drew again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone navigating their next career move.
