About Marco Ferrer-Ruiz:

He did a great job helping me find my first assignment. Since it was my first contract he explained everything well and answered all my questions as soon as he could. If I had concerns or questions about anything he would find out the answers for me and would always get back to me.

Marco also listens to my concerns and questions and responds in a timely manner despite a time zone difference. He asked for my work preferences (location, setting, etc.) when I first began working with him and he has never tried to push me or sell me into anything other that want I wanted. There is a lot of transparency and he is always willing to help!
