More recently it has been very hard to find a Recruiter that treats those of us who are seeking employment like people. We are often ghosted, not given feedback, and ignored when we ask questions Lindsey's style has been the antithesis of those behaviors.She has been kind, engaging, patient,understanding, enthusiastic, honest, knowledgeable, accommodating, and simply a pleasure to speak with. When I speak with Lindsey, I feel like I'm speaking to someone who actually cares about whether or not I land employment. Lindsay is a gem during a time where many recruiters have lost the connection to people. It is in that space in which Lindsay excels. I am positive that everyone who has the pleasure of speaking with her, whether hired or not, are better for their interactions with Lindsey.
