The words I would use to describe Tonya would be professional, honest, and transparent. She gives you the information that’s most relevant to your situation and in a timely manner. She’s prompt, personable, and has your best interest in mind when working to find the position that best suits your needs. Her communication is direct, to the point, and always helpful. She always proactive in helping you get what you need, and is always there to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. Personally, the fact that she doesn’t sell any false dreams or make promises that she can’t keep is what’s best about working with her. I would recommend Tonya to any healthcare professional looking for a recruiter.
