Every time that I texted Shenan, He texted me right back. He answered every question that I had. He also made it very comfortable for me. Seeing that this was my first travel assignment.
As a first time travel RN, Jessica was very thorough in explaining how travel agencies work and the kind of assignments there are without overwhelming me either. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about what she does and I could notice right away how caring and thoughtful she was with finding out what my needs are, especially as a mother.
