She listens to my needs. Keeps me updated. If we are waiting on something, she keeps me informed on the status. Gets back with me in a timely manner. If she doesn't know an answer, she does her best to find out. Polite and friendly. Helps with trouble shooting problems.

I felt like Jen listened to me was very intentive and was constantly updating me on everything available. She was very easy to get a hold of, she complied with getting a hold of me in the format that I requested, which I appreciate very much. She respected my hours of contact. She helped me get multiple contracts. I have referred her to other nurses and because of her I used her agency multiple times. I highly recommend her. I'm not traveling right now but if I ever did again I would contact her straight away.
