It is still early in this process for me and Shubham but the process might not go much further (dependent on the hiring manager and no fault of Shubham's) so I am responding now. Shubham reached out to me via LinkedIn initially and we had exchanged emails and spoke on the phone. Shubham carried himself both professionally and effectively. He is not completely in tune with the technical details and precise nature of the job position or my skill set but that will be true for everyone else who has not been in that sector of the industry.
