IDR is seeking a Workday HCM - Compensation Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role involves leading the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation functional areas for a higher education and government client. The position offers the chance to work on complex ERP transformation projects and provide expert functional support to the client team.

Position Overview for the Workday HCM - Compensation Lead:

  • Responsible for functional design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Compensation modules for a higher education/government organization.
  • Serve as a functional lead, demonstrating software features, documenting requirements, and supporting testing and rollout activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and oversee functional support team members as required.
  • Partner with clients to ensure successful project delivery and system adoption.

Requirements for the Workday HCM - Compensation Lead:

  • Workday HCM Compensation Certified.
  • Prior experience with Workday HCM implementation or maintenance.
  • Experience with ERP transformations in higher education or government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of compensation management processes and configuration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
