IDR is seeking a Database Marketing Operations Analyst to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This position plays a crucial role in developing and delivering targeted marketing campaign populations for retail direct marketing initiatives, focusing on residential customers, small business customers, and prospects. The company is a leader in the marketing industry, committed to innovative customer engagement and data-driven campaigns.

Position Overview for the Database Marketing Operations Analyst:

• Develops and delivers accurate marketing campaign populations for retail direct marketing initiatives targeting residential and small business customers, as well as prospects.
• Collaborates with marketing teams to interpret campaign objectives, customer eligibility, and business rules, ensuring precise audience targeting.
• Utilizes SAS and UNIX environments to create, maintain, and execute campaign population processes supporting ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Manages multiple campaign projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines throughout different stages of campaign lifecycle.
• Acts as the primary contact for campaign list development, issue resolution, and quality assurance, ensuring outputs meet business requirements.

Requirements for the Database Marketing Operations Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field from an accredited four-year college or university
• 4+ years of experience in direct marketing or marketing analysis, with strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using SAS software and working in a UNIX environment
• Thorough understanding of direct marketing, campaign management, customer segmentation, and targeted audience development concepts
• Ability to interpret campaign objectives and translate business requirements, eligibility criteria, and customer rules into accurate campaign populations
