IDR is seeking a Junior Java Production Support Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The company operates within the financial services industry, focusing on delivering high-volume, critical applications for client support and system stability. Position Overview for the Junior Java Production Support Engineer:

• Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based applications, ensuring system stability and performance

• Participate in production incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution• Conduct and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues• Perform code fixes and enhancements in Java applications as needed• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance scalable, cloud-based applications

Requirements for the Junior Java Production Support Engineer:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Core Java and/or Spring Boot development

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development, including writing, debugging, and optimizing code• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, or Azure/GCP) for application development and deployment• Proven experience supporting production environments, including incident management, triage, and resolution• Strong understanding of application troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis
