IDR is seeking a Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This role is with a leading retail organization supporting senior leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will be instrumental in managing schedules, travel, and correspondence for high-level executives, ensuring seamless daily operations and executive support.
Position Overview for the Executive Assistant:
- Provide logistical support to high-level executives, including heavy travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones to optimize executive time
- Develop and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership teams
- Collaborate with various departments on special projects, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Handle inquiries, requests, and research tasks with professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior/executive-level leaders, preferably in retail, merchandising, or related industries
- Proven experience managing high-volume and complex calendars, including international travel arrangements
- Strong skills in tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur, with proficiency in advanced Excel functions
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
