Position Overview for the Technical Support Specialist:
- Providing exceptional in person and remote support to internal staff including Director, VP, and Executive Level staff.
- Coordinating requests for network and VPN access
- Coordinating requests for hardware/software
- Troubleshooting issues in Windows 11 and other software
Required Skills for the Technical Support Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience providing hands-on, in person technical support.
- Strong experience operating on Dell laptop, PCs & MS Surface Pros.
- Experience with Mac OS & Apple Devices.
- Good working knowledge of computerized data management systems.
