Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative :
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate information. • Resolve customer complaints and billing issues through exchanges, refunds, or adjustments. • Record detailed information of customer interactions and transactions in company systems. • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper resolution of concerns.Requirements for the Customer Service Representative :
