IDR is seeking a Healthcare Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is focusing on managing complex IT and health initiatives in a hybrid work setting. 

Position Overview for the Healthcare Program Manager:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of health-focused projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, public health, and administrative staff.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting to meet program objectives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, governance documentation, and system documentation.
• Drive process improvements and business analysis initiatives to optimize program impact.

Requirements for the Healthcare Program Manager:

• College degree in business management, public health administration, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of at least 7 projects, with 5+ years in a project management role overseeing IT projects.
• Experience documenting systems, standard operating procedures, and governance related to IT systems.
