IDR is seeking a GTM Operations Director to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll build and run the operating model that scales partner-delivered and embedded solutions, enabling predictable growth and strong partner satisfaction across regions and routes-to-market. You’ll serve as the operational “control tower” connecting partnerships, product, sales, finance, and legal to ensure compliant execution and high-quality delivery.

Position Overview for the GTM Operations Director:

• Own and scale the end-to-end operating model for partner and embedded solution motions (onboarding through execution, billing, and support)
• Run operating cadences (QBRs/MBRs), pipeline and forecast reviews, and program health reporting to drive predictable outcomes
• Define governance (RACI, approvals, controls) for complex/non-standard deals and new embedded constructs
• Lead process, systems, and tooling improvements to streamline partner GTM workflows while maintaining compliance and controls
• Establish performance metrics and dashboards; use insights to identify bottlenecks, prioritize improvements, and drive measurable impact

Requirements for the GTM Operations Director:

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or partner/channel operations
• Demonstrated success designing and running complex GTM operating models with measurable business impact
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills partnering with senior stakeholders across sales, partnerships, product, finance, and legal
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and operating rhythms for forecasting and performance management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate operational complexity into executive-ready recommendations and decisions
