IDR is seeking a Senior Accela Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lawrenceville, GA.
This role involves managing and configuring the Accela Automation SaaS system and its modules to support large-scale land management and government projects. The position offers a chance to work with innovative technologies within a mission-driven organization committed to public service.
Position Overview for the Senior Accela Administrator:
- Responsible for administration, management, and configuration of the Accela Automation SaaS platform, including modules like Citizen Access, Mobile Office, and GIS integration.
- Develop and customize applications, forms, workflows, and reports based on business requirements.
- Create scripts and code to extend platform capabilities using JavaScript, .NET, and APIs.
- Support integration of Accela with third-party systems such as GIS, payment gateways, and ERP platforms.
- Provide technical support to both IT teams and end-users, troubleshooting and documentation.
Requirements for the Senior Accela Administrator:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Accela Administration, API integrations, and constructive scripting.
- Strong understanding of application development processes, project management, and system documentation.
- Accela Certification(s) and experience working in government or public-sector environments.
- Knowledge of configuring and maintaining workflows, reports, and GIS integration.
- Excellent customer service skills in face-to-face, telephone, and electronic interactions.
