IDR is seeking a DIRECT HIRE Inside Sales Executive to join one of our top clients for a Hybrid opportunity in Brentwood, TN! This role involves driving new sales initiatives within a dynamic and industry-leading organization, focusing on full sales cycle management from prospecting to close. The company operates in a fast-paced sales environment with ample opportunities for growth and development.
Position Overview for the Inside Sales Executive :
- Prospect new business opportunities through effective cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain genuine client relationships during the early life cycle of accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other tools to track activities and manage customer interactions.
Requirements for the Inside Sales Executive :
- 2+ years of proven success in outbound sales with a hunter mentality.
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly energetic, coachable, and results-driven.
- Experience in B2B sales or the US transportation/payments industry is advantageous.
