Position Overview for the IT Support Desk Specialist:Provides first-line technical support to end users by handling a high volume of inbound calls and resolving common IT issues. Responsibilities include user identity verification, password resets, account unlocks, and assisting with MFA setup and maintenance. Supports basic troubleshooting for tools such as Outlook, web browsers, and remote access systems. Accurately documents all interactions in a ticketing system while following established help desk procedures.
