IDR is seeking a Product & Agile Transformation Coach to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will help guide an organization through a shift from project-based delivery to a product-centric operating model while advancing agile ways of working across teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong coaching mindset, help modernize delivery practices, and support continuous improvement in a complex enterprise environment.

Position Overview for the Product & Agile Transformation Coach:

• Coach teams, leaders, and partners through the transition from project-centric delivery to a product-focused operating model.
• Support the adoption of agile and hybrid delivery practices across cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and planning discussions focused on product mindset, backlog management, and delivery improvement.
• Partner with leadership to align governance, prioritization, reporting, and planning practices with organizational goals.
• Provide practical recommendations that help teams build sustainable delivery habits and improve outcomes over time.

Requirements for the Product & Agile Transformation Coach:

• Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach, Product Coach, or transformation-focused delivery coach.
• Proven success helping organizations shift from waterfall or project-based delivery to agile, product-oriented practices.
• Strong understanding of agile and lean principles, product management concepts, and iterative delivery models.
• Experience coaching at multiple levels, including delivery teams, product stakeholders, and leadership.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and change leadership skills in complex or regulated environments.
