IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for professionals interested in providing support for custom-built Microsoft applications within a dynamic organization.
Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative:
Provide helpdesk support for custom Microsoft applications, handling tickets efficiently and accurately.
Work closely with end-users to troubleshoot issues, understand problems, and work towards resolution.
Participate in training sessions to develop expertise in client's proprietary applications.
Support minimal testing of applications and documentation during troubleshooting.
Must be able to work initially onsite for training, then transition to hybrid work arrangements.
Compensation:
The pay for this position is $14 per hour.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Customer service experience.
Patience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to Microsoft products like Word, Excel, etc.
Strong ability to work through helpdesk tickets and understand troubleshooting procedures.
