IDR is seeking a HIM Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves supporting the Epic HIM suite within a healthcare organization, focusing on optimizing workflows and system functionality. The position offers a chance to work with a leading healthcare provider in a hybrid work setting.

Position Overview for the HIM Analyst:

• Support and maintain the Epic HIM suite, including Deficiency Tracking, Identity Coding, and Release of Information modules
• Perform build, configuration, testing, and optimization within Epic HIM applications
• Collaborate with HIM leadership and operational teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and user-reported problems related to HIM modules
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities

Requirements for the HIM Analyst:

• Epic certification in an HIM-related module (such as Deficiency Tracking, ROI, Identity, or Coding)
• 2–3+ years of Epic analyst experience, preferably supporting HIM functionality
• Experience supporting Epic HIM workflows, including one or more of the following: Deficiency Tracking, Identity, Coding, or ROI
• Strong understanding of health information management workflows and Epic build, configuration, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
