This role is pivotal in supporting and maintaining our client's Lawson V10 ERP system and associated third-party applications. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Application Analyst:

• Implement and support integrated solutions managed by Information Services.

• Provide expert technical and functional support for Lawson V10 and related systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability through root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational processes into system requirements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and training materials.

Required Skills for Application Analyst:

• Hands-on experience with Lawson V10 in an on-prem, DB2, Unix environment.

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes within finance and supply chain.

• Ability to operate independently as a Level 3 analyst while collaborating with a team.

• Advanced troubleshooting and configuration skills in legacy ERP systems.

• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
