Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

Act as a subject matter expert in financial reporting, supporting the accounting and finance teams.

Design, validate, and maintain financial reports for various operational and regulatory needs.

Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and develop structured reports.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and ensure data integrity.

Support the testing and validation of reports during the ERP system transition.

Required Skills for Financial Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Over 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting roles.

Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and complex analysis.

Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Workday.

Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
