  • Deep understanding of system configuration, academic business processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Ability to provide cross-module functional support within PeopleSoft Academic solutions.
Role Overview The Functional Lead for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (Academics) will provide advanced functional leadership and Level 2/Level 3 support for core academic modules, including Student Records, Advising, and Admissions. This role is responsible for driving issue resolution, process improvements, and best-practice adoption to ensure the system effectively supports academic operations, regulatory compliance, and evolving institutional needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced (Level 2/Level 3) functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, with a focus on Student Records, Advising, and Admissions.
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of complex functional incidents, including root cause analysis and impact assessment of system changes.
  • Partner with business users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, drive consensus, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Support and enhance system configuration aligned with academic policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Create and deliver end-user training, job aids, and change management materials to support adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Provide cross-module functional support as needed and contribute to broader PeopleSoft Campus Solutions initiatives.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement across academic systems and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Broad functional experience across PeopleSoft Campus Solutions academic modules.
  • Prior experience serving as a functional lead or subject matter expert in a higher education environment.
