About Taylor Kittrell:

Taylor is wonderful. She was warm while maintaining candor and transparency. I really appreciated the fact that she followed up with me to reassure me I was still submitted for a job and we were waiting on the client as the wait had been a little lengthy on the clients' part. In particular, I'd like to note that she called nearly immediately after I submitted my chat-bot screening which made all the difference. I have had several recruiters approach me for the same job now numerous times and Taylor's proactivity set IDR apart. Thank you very much to Taylor, Brandon, and the whole team at IDR!

About Taylor Kittrell:

Taylor was friendly, professional, and prompt in her communications. I especially appreciated that she was transparent about not knowing whether the contract role was intended for extensions or conversion to a full time role; that honesty goes a long way and shows a lot of integrity! Overall, she was knowledgeable about the role in question and was able to answer most of my questions. She went above and beyond, checking my LinkedIn and suggesting she may have some other roles I may be interested in; it really seemed like she wanted to ensure a good fit between the opportunities she has available and my professional needs.

Very friendly and really wants to help. Only points of improvement would be a little more knowledge about the position and maybe a bit more contact during periods of radio silence so I am kept in the loop of what my application status. Overall would recommend Taylor to colleagues.
