IDR is seeking an Enterprise Work Management Advisor to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN or remotely. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools within a dynamic, innovative environment.  Position Overview for the Enterprise Work Management Advisor: The Enterprise Work Management Advisor plays a critical role in shaping, optimizing, and enabling work management practices across assigned business units. This role serves as a strategic partner—working collaboratively with teams to understand their current state, map existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide the adoption of the most effective organizational structures, processes, and tools.   The Advisor will provide coaching and thought leadership to stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful integration of work?management methodologies, frameworks, and technologies. In close partnership with Technology Delivery Operations, this role will help drive continuous improvement, enhance operational effectiveness, and support technology delivery functions across the enterprise.   Additionally, the Advisor will serve as the lead the Enterprise Work Management Community User Group, fostering shared learning, cross?functional collaboration, and alignment on work?management standards. The position will work closely with the Principal Advisor – Digital Workforce as well as Product Owners responsible for major workflow tools and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise workflow platforms, strong analytical and facilitation capabilities, and the ability to advise, influence, and communicate effectively across the organization. Enterprise Work Management Advisor:

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience, ideally within work management, process optimization, enterprise tooling, or technology operations.
• Deep expertise with enterprise workflow and collaboration tools; preferred platforms include:
  • Jira
  • Jira Service Management
  • Confluence
  • Smartsheet
  • (Experience with Workfront or ServiceNow also considered valuable)
• Proficiency in multiple delivery and work?management methodologies, such as:
  • Lean
  • Kanban
  • Scrum
  • Project?based work
