RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE (TYPICALLY $5K–$10K LUMP SUM)Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer:
Perform board-level circuit design, modeling, and performance analysis using tools such as SPICE.
Support layout and design activities to achieve performance, cost, and compliance goals.
Lead and implement circuit testing efforts for both legacy and new products.
Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute technical leadership within a tight-knit engineering team.
Work with sensor technologies, low-level analog signal processing, and A/D conversion as part of product development.
Participate in design reviews and maintain strong communication with internal and external partners.
Travel up to 10% to customer sites as needed.
Required Skills for Electrical Engineer:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
5–8+ years of professional experience in board-level electrical design (MS with 5+ years or BS with equivalent experience acceptable).
Strong circuit design, layout, analysis, and testing experience.
Hands-on experience with custom electronics and sustaining engineering.
Familiarity with ISO-certified environments (ISO Design Controls/Product Realization) – nice to have, not required.
Experience with PCB layout for AC/DC signal integrity and EMC considerations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering environments.
No firmware, validation, or debug-only profiles – this role requires true electrical design experience.

Compensation details: $90 – 120k annually + 15% bonus plan
