IDR is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Management Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on supporting the management and operations of multi-fund strategies within the real estate investment industry, helping the organization access new distribution channels around the globe without naming the company or mentioning compensation.

Position Overview for the Real Estate Portfolio Management Analyst:

• Assist the Portfolio Management team with day-to-day operations of various Multi-Fund Strategies within a leading real estate investment organization.
• Maintain fund databases and models used for portfolio analysis, client reporting, and marketing materials.
• Support the development of all materials related to fund reporting, including quarterly reports, marketing decks, and internal presentations.
• Contribute to fund forecasting, portfolio optimization, and attribution efforts.
• Help manage fund liquidity, allocations, and investor queues, participating in ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements for the Real Estate Portfolio Management Analyst:

• Undergraduate Degree; Accounting, Finance or Business-Related Preferred
• 5+ years in real estate investment environment
• Solid understanding of real estate investments and accounting/finance concepts; understanding of fund management and/or global experience a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new software and information systems
