Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AI Project Manager:

• Lead and manage end-to-end AI implementation projects, ensuring they align with our client's objectives and deliver significant business value.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, acting as the primary contact for all project communications.

• Oversee cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Data Engineers, adapting leadership style to suit team dynamics.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, and represent the project in governance meetings.

Required Skills for AI Project Manager:

• Proven experience in managing IT and AI implementation projects with a strong track record of successful delivery.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior IT leaders and business executives.

• PMP or Agile certification, with experience using Agile/Iterative project management platforms such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong financial management skills, with experience in tools like Apptio One and Excel.

• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
