IDR is seeking a Document Reviewer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Portland, Oregon. This role involves reviewing sensitive terminated employee document files within a structured and fast-paced environment. The company specializes in compliance and records management across various industries, dedicated to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
**This position is onsite in Portland, Oregon 1 week out of the month for 4-5 months**
Position Overview for the Document Reviewer:
- Review and process terminated employee document files based on internal guidelines
- Learn and apply a detailed review process with many edge cases and exceptions
- Flag questions or unusual scenarios to the in-house reviewers for guidance
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and organization while working through high volume
- Follow strict confidentiality and privacy practices at all times
Requirements for the Document Reviewer:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured process
- Good judgment and willingness to ask questions when unsure
- Comfortable learning a nuanced task quickly and applying feedback
- Basic computer skills and ability to work through digital files
- Professional discretion—able to handle sensitive information appropriately
