IDR is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to travel for one of our top clients to Chandler, AZ; Broomfield, CO; Plymouth, MN; and Herndon, VA. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Infrastructure Specialist:
• Engage in a 3-month contract, working on-site at four different locations, with travel and hotel accommodations provided.
• Serve as a key technical resource, focusing on modern endpoint management and identity solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex post-migration issues to ensure a seamless transition for end-users.
• Work remotely between on-site visits to prepare for upcoming assignments.
• Collaborate with our client's team to complete the project efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills for IT Infrastructure Specialist:
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration/compliance policies, and MDM migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and experience managing user and device identities.
• Practical experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for resolving endpoint and identity-related incidents.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users and collaborate with IT teams.
