Position Overview/Responsibilities for the UX Researcher:Collaborate with Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing teams to plan and execute research initiatives.
Define research goals, workstream plans, and timelines.
Deploy appropriate research methods, including interviews, surveys, field tests, and usability studies.
Collect and synthesize data into actionable insights that inform product design.
Conduct discovery research on brands, culture, products, and marketing to identify opportunities.
Influence stakeholders through clear storytelling and insight-driven recommendations.
3+ years of experience in UX research, human factors, or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of user journey mapping, usability testing, discovery research, and data visualization.
Experience conducting and synthesizing interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively.
Strong analytical skills and a curious, detail-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with design thinking and human factors principles.
Ability to identify and introduce new tools or methods for UX research.
Experience helping teams increase speed and efficiency in research processes.
