Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Technical Product Manager (SuccessFactors Talent & Qualtrics):

• Define and communicate the vision and long-term roadmap for Talent Management and Employee Experience systems

• Align product roadmaps with company strategy, People Team goals, and enterprise IT architecture

• Partner with HR and other business teams to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and align on priorities

• Lead agile pods with clear requirements, participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews

• Partner with Change Management and Learning teams to ensure effective rollout and adoption of new capabilities

Required Skills for HR Technical Product Manager (SuccessFactors Talent & Qualtrics)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field

• 8+ years in HR technology product management, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors Talent Management modules and Qualtrics HXM

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, global HR tech projects

• Strong business process understanding of performance management, succession planning, career development, and engagement best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels
