IDR is seeking a Sr. RPA Developer to join one of our top clients in Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within a large, dynamic organization. • Lead the development of large-scale RPA solutions within our client's team
• Utilize your deep understanding of RPA best practices, development frameworks, and design patterns
• Leverage your expertise in API development, integration, web services, and data exchange methods
• Contribute to the setup, configuration, and administration of UiPath Orchestrator
• Participate in the full software lifecycle development, including source control, iterative development, and rapid prototyping

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience with a strong background in software engineering
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience developing large enterprise-grade RPA solutions
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead RPA developer or technical lead on large-scale projects
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java
• Knowledge and experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with modern UI/UX frameworks and enterprise application integration
