IDR is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll support a large-scale court software implementation by leading legacy data conversion efforts into a modern case management platform. The organization is an established provider of justice and court technology solutions, partnering with stakeholders across technical and project teams to ensure accurate, reliable data migrations.

Position Overview for the Data Conversion Specialist:

• Lead end-to-end data conversion efforts, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, loading, and validation
• Design and execute ETL processes to migrate legacy data into a new court case management system
• Troubleshoot conversion issues, perform testing, and validate data quality and accuracy
• Create and maintain repeatable conversion tools, processes, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support implementation and post-implementation needs

Requirements for the Data Conversion Specialist:

• 6+ years supporting large software data migration or conversion projects
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server in data conversion contexts
• Strong SQL skills, including PL/SQL and T-SQL, with practical troubleshooting experience
• ETL design and execution experience across the full data conversion lifecycle (transform/load/validate)
• Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to work independently and partner with teams
