IDR is seeking an Application Configuration Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the configuration and implementation of enterprise applications within a large-scale government modernization project, supporting multi-jurisdictional deployment efforts, and mentoring technical teams.

Position Overview for the Application Configuration Lead:

• Manage and facilitate the configuration of enterprise COTS applications to align with business processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and configurable platform solutions.
• Support application upgrades, releases, and deployment activities, ensuring documentation and audit trails are maintained.
• Lead and mentor junior technical team members while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Assist with system integration activities, including API integration and data migration efforts.

Requirements for the Application Configuration Lead:

• 5+ years of enterprise application configuration experience.
• Experience implementing or configuring large COTS platforms.
• Experience with workflow configuration and business process automation.
• Experience with data migration or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills.
