IDR is seeking a Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY. This role involves supporting a team that manages co-brand credit card services through gathering requirements, managing product backlogs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive customer-facing product enhancements.
Position Overview for the Product Manager:
- Support the development and execution of product strategies for a credit card servicing team.
- Gather and define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Partner with design, data, business, engineering, and architecture teams.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and dependency tracking.
- Drive communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements for the Product Manager:
- 6+ years of Product Management experience.
- Banking industry experience.
- Strong JIRA and Confluence experience.
- Experience with backend systems, APIs, and product integrations.
- High-level understanding of AWS, APIs, databases, and Kafka.
