IDR is seeking a Creative Systems Producer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll help build, maintain, and improve the systems, tools, automations, and workflows that power creative production and asset tracking across teams. This is a great fit for a highly organized, systems-minded producer who enjoys solving operational challenges and improving user experiences in a fast-paced creative environment.

Position Overview for the Creative Systems Producer:

• Own and support creative production systems used to track and manage assets across teams
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause fixes and continuous improvements
• Intake, triage, and prioritize stakeholder requests while managing an enhancements/bug-fix backlog
• Partner with creative and operational teams to streamline workflows and implement automation
• Leverage emerging AI and automation tools to prototype solutions and improve efficiency

Requirements for the Creative Systems Producer:

• 1–4 years of experience in operations, project management, production, systems administration, technical support, or a related field
• Hands-on experience supporting and improving workflows, automations, databases, or operational systems
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Airtable (or similar work management/database platforms)
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and no-code/low-code or automation platforms (e.g., workflow automation tools)
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently
