IDR is seeking a IT Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is hybrid downtown Atlanta- 1-2 days onsite per week.

• Lead the development, review, and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
• Facilitate communication and training related to IT policy requirements, reporting resources, and compliance protocols.
• Escalate and document suspected policy violations following established IT procedures.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, SDLC, and regulatory compliance standards such as data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and guiding team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements for the IT Manager:

• Associate's degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Solid understanding of IT governance, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with experience motivating and guiding others toward goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, across technical and non-technical audiences.
