Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Writer:- Create and maintain high-quality content such as UI text, help topics, release notes, tooltips, in-product messaging, and instructional videos- Lead the entire content lifecycle from planning, writing, and editing to publishing and reviewing- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Instructional Designers to align content with user needs and product functionality- Participate in product testing and research cycles to validate content effectiveness and gain user insights- Review or write UI elements like field labels and in-app messages to enhance user navigation and understandingRequired Skills for Technical Writer:- 6+ years of experience in technical writing or UX content development for enterprise or SaaS software products- Proficiency with tools such as Madcap Flare, Acrolinx, Pendo, GitHub, JIRA, Figma, and Slack- Solid understanding of accounting processes (AP, AR, subledgers) is preferred- Demonstrated ability to work hands-on in dev/test environments to validate product workflows and document usage- Excellent collaboration, communication, and content planning skills- Familiarity with accessibility, localization strategies, topic-based authoring, and Agile development methodologyWhat’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
