IDR is seeking a NOC Technician to join one of our top clients in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless network operations by monitoring and addressing potential technical issues before they impact daily operations. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the NOC Technician:

• Monitor network operations dashboards to proactively identify and report issues to the managed service provider.

• Work remotely, Monday through Friday, from 5 AM to 12 PM Eastern Time.

• Engage with the client's network solutions to ensure smooth operations from store opening to midday.

• Collaborate with the managed service provider to address and resolve network issues efficiently.

• This is a long-term contract position, expected to last at least a year.

Required Skills for NOC Technician:

• Basic understanding of Ethernet switching and wireless networking.

• Ability to follow established processes for issue notification and escalation.

• Experience with network monitoring dashboards.

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address network issues.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
