IDR is seeking a BI QA Analyst - Application Integration to join one of our top client. In this pivotal role, you will analyze, test, and document middleware technology applications while ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You'll work closely with developers and business partners to uphold quality standards and enhance operational efficiency, making a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. Position Overview/Responsibilities:

• Analyze, test, debug, and document programs in middleware technology
• Collaborate with developers and quality assurance manager to review requirements and design documents, confirming expected functionality aligns with technical and business needs
• Implement, evaluate, and document developed test cases and scenarios
• Determine test environment and test data requirements, often in collaboration with integrated systems' owners
• Communicate with leads regarding project readiness, status, and potential risks, providing statistical reporting and analysis as necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in analyzing, testing, debugging, and documenting programs in middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically in creating user stories, project plans, and estimates.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with project leads on readiness, status, and risks.
• Skilled in determining test environment and test data requirements in collaboration with integrated systems' owners.
• Ability to assimilate information quickly, analyze root causes, and collaborate enthusiastically with business partners.
