• Collaborate with Product Owner to capture and refine requirements, documenting them in user stories, acceptance criteria, and other formats.

• Participate in team ceremonies, ensuring clarity in requirements.

• Assist in creating and maintaining functional and technical documents, keeping them updated with changes in scope or features.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment and manage communication.

• Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Product Owner or product leaders.

• This is a 12+ month contract position.

Required Skills for Product Analyst:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the technology field.

• Experience creating technical and functional documentation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst.

• Hotel industry experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills.
