Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Member Experience Navigator:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, addressing a range of inquiries from verifying supplemental benefits to finding providers
- Direct members to appropriate departments for further assistance as needed
- Provide top-level phone support, demonstrating empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving skills
- Participate in both in-person and virtual trainings to continuously improve service delivery
Required Skills for Member Experience Navigator:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working with Medicare Beneficiaries
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Webex
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- High School Diploma
